This code (intended to be called from an implementor factory contract) will allow you to install a master copy of a contract, then easily (cheaply) create clones with separate state. The deployed bytecode just delegates all calls to the master contract address.

Factory contract which creates clones of the Escrow with Agent contract.

Solidity contract to create escrow agreement. Total 3 parties involved: a payer, a payee and an agent. The escrow amount and stages are handled by the agent. The agent decides when the ether is sent to the payee.
