The `TaxOffice` contract manages tax-related settings for the Tomb Finance ecosystem. It allows an operator to set tax tiers based on TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price) and rates, enable or disable automatic tax calculation, set the tax rate and burn threshold, and designate a tax collector address. Additionally, it can exclude or include addresses from tax, set the Tomb Oracle, and transfer tax office control to a new address.
